A Neighbourhood Watch Member is when…………

• A member is a local resident who says they are a member, is known to you, has and follows the ‘Members Guide’ and displays window stickers (when available).

• They have agreed to follow the Constitution of the Peterborough Association

• They can be registered on Ourwatch.org.uk or not. It is preferred that they are registered but not essential, in any case coordinators should have their contact details.

• They can be a Face Book/WhatsApp member (only when the setting is private, and the coordinator has accepted them).

• They can be someone you or another coordinator knows living locally who is not on the internet. This is important especially for issues such as, language, elderly, infirm, disability etc.

• It is important for your Watch to be inclusive as possible.
